Exchanges

 

Need a different size? We offer exchanges within 21 days of delivery.


Just email us with your order number, and we’ll walk you through the next step.


To qualify for an exchange, your order must be:

 

  • unused

  • in the same condition it arrived in

  • returned with the full tool kit

  • in its original packaging

 

 

Returns

 

If your order isn’t right for you, you can request a return within 21 days of receiving it.


To be eligible, items must be:

 

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

 

 

How returns work

 


Email support@nailmeow.com with your order number to start your return.


Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions for shipping the item back.


After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and confirm whether your refund has been approved.


If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
